The Burger Bar located on Augusta Street in Toronto offers a unique take on a traditional burger joint. The Burger Bar takes gourmet burgers to a new level offering patrons burgers made with 100% naturally raised Ontario beef as well as organic and vegan burgers. The burger menu is unique to say the least, offering some of the most creative flavor and topping combinations we have ever seen. Whether you are seeking something with extra meat, something sweet or anything in between the Burger Bar is sure to have something for you to enjoy!
Our Recommendations:
Saag Poutine: Paneer cheese simmered in spices, cream and spinach, served over fresh fries.
Veggie Burger: Served on a whole wheat bun with coriander pesto and tzatziki sauce.
The OMGTMJKM Burger (Oh my goodness this might just kill me): 8oz pattie with chili, a fried egg, blue cheese, brie cheese, chevre, bacon and onion rings pilled high on a whole wheat bun.
Mushrooms: Marinated Portobello mushrooms with arugula pesto ad roasted peppers on a whole wheat bun.
Also you can top your burger with such gourmet toppings as arugula pesto, tomatillo & avocado salsa, coriander pesto, olive tapenade, bbq sauce, fried organic eggs, organic bacon, chili, onion rings, roasted peppers, mushrooms, kimichi, grape tomatoes, pickled jalapenos, and carmelized onions.

Vagabondo is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the city, full of character, a great menu and a fantastic location! Located on Wellington Street in Toronto, Vagabondo is a great place to unwind and indulge in the taste of Italy.
Unless you have a Nona of your own to replicate these fantastic menu items we strongly advise checking out Vagabondo!
Our recommendations:
Insalata Alla Montagna: Baby greens, goat cheese, fresh sliced strawberries, pecans and red onions tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Pizza Bruschetta: White pizza brushed with olive oil and baked with parmesean and mozzarella cheese, topped with marinated tomatoes, green onions and garlic.
Fettuccine Alla Pescatore: Fettucine with crab, tiger shrimps, calamari, scallops, clams and mussels splashed with white wine and simmered in our homemade tomato sauce.
Capellini Termine: Angel hair pasta with spinach, roasted red peppers, artichoke and roasted pine nuts in a white wine aglio’oilio sauce topped with goat cheese.
Stinco Di Agnello Brasato: Whole lamb shank braised and slowly simmered with fresh herbs and garlic, served with a cabernet sauvignon and saffron reduction.
Whether you’re in the mood for dinning out or ordering in, Vagabondo is a great option. Enjoy the upbeat Latin music, the aroma of blended spices and the mouthwatering scent of fresh Mexican fare. Of course it would be a crime not to indulge in one of their famous Mexican cocktails (that in fact the restaurant is named after) so kick back with a margarita while you wait for your meal to arrive.

Nachos: Tortilla chips topped with melted cheese, sour cream, ranchero sauce, onions, jalapenos and cilantro; with beans and meat. (Also available in a vegetarian version)
Pollo Con Limon: Strips of chicken breast in a lime sauce, served with rice and salad.
Mole Con Pollo: Strips of chicken breast sautéed in rich mole salsa, made with bittersweet chocolate, nuts, exotic spices and herbs, sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with rice and salad.
Mariscada Acapulco (Great to share between 2): Seafood platter of mussels, crab, scallops, shrimps, calamari, and salmon cooked in a light white wine, garlic and tomato sauce. Served with rice, salad and warm bread.
Tacos Caseros: Three soft corn tortillas filled with chicken, beef or chorizo, sautéed with peppers, lettuce pico de gallo and cheese.
Yuzu Sushi and Sake Bar

Yuzu sushi and sake bar is located in the heart of downtown Toronto on Adelaide St next to the Crocodile Rock. This sushi bar is one of our favorite Sushi restaurants in the city. Yuzu in fact is named after a popular Japanese citrus fruit that closely resembles a grapefruit. This fragrant flavorful fruit also happens to be a key ingredient in some of this restaurant’s finest dishes and sauces.
Yuzu features flavorful Japanese fare that is created with fresh ingredients and beautifully served in an art inspired manor of presentation. The Yuzu menu features a variety of signature dishes as well as a wide selection of sushi and sashimi. Additionally, Yuzu serves an array of traditional Japanese appetizers, entrees and platters for sharing.
Our recommendations:
The Pan Fried Gyoza: Deep fried flakey pastry stuffed with a juicy flavorful beef filling.
Nabeyaki Udon: Noodles topped with deep fried shrimp, marinated white fish, vegetables, egg, wakame and nori.
The Hot Stone Bowl: Steamed shrimp, tempura shrimp, grilled scallops, crabstick, tobiko and cucumbers with a raw quails egg and Kewpie mayo.
